Digital Painting Techniques Downloads

Thank-you for your purchase. Welcome to the Digital Painting Techniques-downloads for the Impressionistic DVD Series.

This page will be undergoing some changes in the next few weeks. I will make the videos available for streaming as well as download. This will happen between 7/4/2010 and 7/28/2010.

For now I wanted to make sure you had quick access to all of the resource files via download. Please do not share your password to this page. You all paid very good money to have access. The way the secure files work is that a log is created when that file is accessed. That log shows who is accessing the file so you can see if there is any theft, because the file is tagged it shows where it originated. So if passwords are shared it has it in the log.

I am not so much worried about the sharing of passwords. I trust those who have spent money to have access. The real thing that is protected is from the folks who steal content and make torrents available to any one.

Enjoy.

The workbook is a book of written tutorials that mirror what the video has. It also has a table of contents in the beginning so you can have a visual representation of the order and structure of the videos.

These videos will stream from a service I use called S3 Flow Shield. If you begin to watch a movie and then leave the page or let it set for more than 60 seconds you will have to “refresh” the page to get the video live again.

In this first video there is no sound for 31 seconds…I intended to edit that out and I forgot to do it so, it will be sans sound for 31 seconds, it works fine after that. If you should want to play the vid full screen simply clock on the grey and light grey square box by the speaker volume, that will take it full screen. To take it off full screen hit your esc key.

To play full screen click grey square on the video below

  1. Karen Rowe says:

    Hi Tim

Thanks for these goodies! I’ll enjoy going through them. By the way the fourth ‘Download File’ – under Process Map – option didn’t work properly. On my mac, when I right-mouse clicked on it, it asked if I wanted to overwrite the file ‘tipsheet_styled.pdf. A glitch perhaps?

Otherwise thank you very much for all of this information. I look forward to getting some time to enjoy it all!

    Best regards
    Karen Rowe

    • The process map file is corrupt or something. I have the techies working on it as it all looks fine from my end. I will get it put up as soon as they get it fixed for me. I will also begin to add some other stuff for you. The first vids, hopefully late tonight after the kids are sleeping. We are off for the weekend to play.

  2. Tim, I couldn’t get the ‘Process Map’ to open. It said page not found.

  3. Donn Hoyer says:

Hi Tim, I too can’t open “process map”… and I’m also on a mac, if that helps at all… I do look forward to having some fun!

  4. Deb DesMarteau says:

Thanks, Tim. The DVD’s arrived and I can’t wait to block out time to peruse them. Thanks for the downloads – looking forward to the “process map” and others when they are available.
    Take care,
    Deb
